Dusty Dawn
Decided I wanted to know what it was like to paint Starry Night. So I painted it almost the exact size of the original, with similar thick brush strokes, however, I used every color from the opposite side of the color wheel. So it's Van Gogh's Starry Night, but not. I called mine Dusty Dawn.

Landscape
I do not always paint what was in front of me. I will photograph a dirt road in one place and a creek somewhere else, then merge them into one landscape that never existed. Sometimes I add something that belongs there anyway, like the red hawk at Valley of the Gods, or the elk I snuck into a commission as a surprise for a client.
